UX Researcher and Designer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a UX Researcher / Designer.

Key Responsibilities

• Research usability and customer experience in the federal government space
• Identify target user groups and conduct interviews to understand user needs
• Create designs, including mockups and prototypes, that align with user requirements

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in UX/UI research and design
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, human-computer interaction, or a related discipline
• Experience with industry tools such as Adobe XD, Figma, and/or Sketch
• Knowledge of government culture and digital government strategies
• Understanding of accessibility requirements associated with Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act
