UX Researcher / Designer
Job Summary
To support a mission that matters, the full-time remote UX Researcher / Designer will conduct user research, synthesize insights into actionable findings, and create low-fidelity wireframes and prototypes while championing accessibility and enhancing customer engagement.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and execute interviews, usability sessions, and surveys to gather qualitative and quantitative data
- Translate research findings into low-fidelity wireframes and prototypes in Figma, collaborating with the design team
- Develop personas, journey maps, and service blueprints to illustrate user interactions with AI services
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and 5+ years in UX/HCD research with hands-on design exposure
- Strong research skills, including user research and usability testing
- Experience creating wireframes and prototypes in Figma
- Familiarity with USWDS and federal CX mandates
- Genuine awareness of accessibility standards, including Section 508 and WCAG
