UX Service Designer
Job Summary
Working remotely, the full-time UX Service Designer will ensure AI solutions are seamlessly integrated into workflows by redesigning user journeys, creating intuitive interfaces, and conducting usability testing to foster trust in AI-enabled processes.
Key responsibilities
- Research user needs, pain points, and decision processes to inform design
- Map current-state and future-state user journeys and design user workflows, wireframes, and prototypes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to redesign workflows and support change adoption through training and guidance
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in UX, product design, service design, and user research
- 3+ years of experience designing enterprise workflow tools
- 2+ years of ability to rapidly prototype and test concepts
- Understanding of AI-specific UX patterns, including explainability and feedback loops
- Strong facilitation and storytelling skills to influence teams
