UX Specialist Researcher

Job Summary

A company is looking for a UX Specialist/Researcher for a remote opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and participate in coding activities
• Work with the development team and production support team to ensure the applications are working as expected
• Engage with external team members and business owners to explain the existing and new applications or functionalities

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Electronics Engineering, or other Engineering or technical discipline
• A minimum of 5 years of experience is required
• Certifications in relevant User Experience (UX) Software plus a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience; or a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience may be substituted for education
• Expertise with user focused designs and workflows based off complex data models leveraging HCD market analysis, customer feedback and requirements, and user research analytics
• Expertise in UI strategy and iterations with a focus on HCD for at least five (5) years
