UX Strategist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a UX Strategist with CRM experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead interaction design strategy for enterprise CRM platforms across web and application environments
• Partner with product managers, strategists, and designers to define user-centered solutions aligned with business goals
• Conduct user interviews, stakeholder workshops, and observational research to understand workflows and pain points

Required Qualifications

• 7-10 years of UX design, UX strategy, or interaction design experience
• Hands-on experience designing CRM systems or enterprise applications
• Strong proficiency with Figma for wireframes, prototypes, and design collaboration
• Experience with user-centered design methodologies and UX research techniques
• Ability to create wireframes, interaction flows, and user journey maps
