Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Drive and facilitate the creation of complex conversation flows for large-scale IVR systems and Chatbots
Lead discovery efforts to identify specific user needs and ensure all flows align with design best practices
Write engaging, natural-sounding scripts for conversational interfaces across multiple communication channels

Required Qualifications

Proficiency in conversational design
Experience with tools used for creating conversational interfaces
Familiarity with AI and machine learning basics
Understanding of the capabilities and limitations of generative models
Enterprise bot experience
