UX Strategist Copywriter

Job Summary

Working remotely on a contract basis, the UX Strategist Copywriter will develop content strategies and create user-focused copy to enhance customer experiences and conversions across web and app platforms for a travel-focused digital company.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop content strategies to guide user actions throughout digital journeys
• Craft clear and concise UI copy, microcopy, and transactional content
• Collaborate with UX and product teams to optimize booking processes and conversion paths

Required qualifications:

• 5-7+ years of experience in UX writing, content design, and strategy
• Proven ability to translate user needs into actionable content solutions
• Portfolio showcasing user-centered writing with a focus on journey-based approaches
• Experience in ecommerce or high-volume consumer environments
• Strong collaboration skills with experience in A/B testing and product design teams
