UX Strategist / Copywriter

Job Summary

Working remotely on a contract basis, the UX Strategist / Copywriter will develop content strategies, craft user-focused copy, and collaborate with UX and product teams to enhance customer experiences and conversions across digital platforms.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop content strategies to guide user actions throughout digital journeys
• Craft clear, concise, and user-focused UI copy and transactional content
• Collaborate with teams to optimize booking processes and product pages

Required qualifications:

• 5-7+ years of experience in UX writing, content design, and strategy
• Proven ability to translate user needs into effective content solutions
• Portfolio showcasing user-centered writing focused on journey-based approaches
• Experience in ecommerce or high-volume consumer digital product environments
• Strong collaboration skills with experience in A/B testing and design teams
