UX Strategy Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a UX Strategy Specialist who will provide strategic UX optimization support and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop UX strategies that align with business goals and enhance user experience across digital assets
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and developers to integrate UX best practices into projects

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Psychology, Human-Computer Interaction, Communications, Marketing, or a related field
• 2-3 years of experience in UX strategy, design, or related roles
• Knowledge of UX/CRO best practices with a proven track record of improving user engagement and conversion
• Experience with analytics platforms such as Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics
• Proficiency in digital content management tools and platforms (e.g., WordPress, Drupal)
