UX/UI Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a UI/UX Analyst to support Human Centered Design efforts across secure healthcare data applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Design responsive user interfaces using Figma or Adobe XD, aligned with enterprise design systems
• Apply Human Centered Design practices, including user interviews and usability testing, to improve user experiences
• Collaborate with developers to implement scalable UI patterns and conduct scenario-based usability testing

Required Qualifications

• Approximately 3-6 years of experience in UX/UI or Human Centered Design for enterprise applications
• Hands-on experience with Figma, Adobe XD, or similar design tools
• Strong understanding of Section 508 and WCAG accessibility requirements
• Experience designing user experiences for data-heavy applications or analytics platforms
• Bachelor's Degree
