UX/UI Design Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a UX/UI Design Lead.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set the visual identity and design system for a public health site, ensuring alignment with the National Design Studio's approach
• Design the full user experience, including splash pages, content browsing, data visualizations, and mobile layouts
• Manage supporting designers, run rapid prototyping, and present design work to stakeholders

Required Qualifications:

• 7+ years of product design experience, including 2+ years leading design for consumer-facing digital products
• Expertise in Figma and experience with component libraries and responsive design
• Experience designing for AI-powered interfaces and data visualization products
• Working knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1 AA)
• 2+ years of people management experience with a track record of cross-functional team leadership
