UX/UI Design Lead

Job Summary

Leading complex client engagements, the full-time UX/UI Design Lead will own digital design projects from discovery to execution, collaborating with cross-functional teams to create user-centered, accessible digital experiences while mentoring junior designers.

Key responsibilities

• Lead UX/UI design across multiple client projects, guiding them from strategy through execution and optimization
• Own the delivery of design systems and style guides, ensuring intuitive and scalable digital experiences
• Conduct UX research and translate findings into strategic design solutions that align with business goals

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in UX/product design with a strong portfolio demonstrating strategic thinking and measurable impact
• Proven experience leading UX engagements and establishing design direction for complex digital projects
• Advanced proficiency in Figma, including component systems and responsive design
• Strong understanding of accessibility standards and compliance requirements, such as HIPAA
• Experience mentoring junior designers and fostering a collaborative team culture
