UX/UI Design Manager

Job Summary

Leading a small team of designers, the full-time salaried UX/UI Design Manager will guide the creation of marketing sites for private label brands, balancing hands-on design work with coaching and collaboration in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide creative direction and actionable feedback to designers while partnering with brand and marketing teams
• Mentor and coach designers, fostering a culture of curiosity and collaboration
• Translate brand strategy and customer insights into design priorities, ensuring alignment across design, marketing, and development

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in UI/UX design, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
• Strong portfolio showcasing effective brand storytelling through marketing or brochure sites
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and knowledge of front-end code
• Proficiency in Figma and familiarity with design systems and UX research
