UX/UI Designer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a UX/UI & Human-Centered Designer.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to understand user needs and behaviors
• Develop user personas, journey maps, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements and present design recommendations

Required Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship
• 3-5+ years of experience in UX/UI or human-centered design roles
• Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Human-Computer Interaction or Design
• Proficiency with design and prototyping tools like Figma or Adobe XD
• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in user-centered design and UI design for web and mobile applications
