UX/UI Designer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a UX/UI Designer to create intuitive and elegant user experiences for complex tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Create user-centered designs through research, user interviews, and usability testing
• Identify usability gaps and collaborate with product teams to refine solutions throughout the product lifecycle

Required Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years of experience designing complex digital applications
• Experience conducting user research and creating supporting UX documentation
• Demonstrated ability to translate requirements into user workflows and UI development requirements
• Portfolio showcasing past work in web and enterprise applications
• Expert knowledge of UX tools such as Figma, Sketch, and InVision
