UX/UI Designer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a UX/UI Designer to craft innovative and user-friendly web experiences that drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct user research to understand customer behavior and pain points
• Create visually appealing and intuitive interfaces, implementing interaction patterns and maintaining a design system
• Define and execute the UX/UI strategy while mentoring design team members

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in UX/UI design with a strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design expertise
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, HCI, or related field; a Master's or relevant certifications is a plus
• Proficient in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or Sketch
• Deep understanding of design thinking, user-centered principles, and industry best practices
• Leadership experience is a plus
