UX/UI Designer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a UI/UX Designer to support their ongoing Federal program remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and conduct user research following design thinking processes
• Convert research findings and user needs into actionable tasks and develop user interfaces from wireframes to prototypes
• Collaborate with stakeholders throughout the design process and maintain design systems and user-interface patterns

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Computer Interaction, Design, or related discipline, or equivalent experience (2-4 years)
• Portfolio demonstrating research and UX/UI design skills
• Experience with Figma, Sketch, InVision, Adobe Design Suite, or similar design software
• Knowledge of human-computer interaction, usability design principles, and responsive web design techniques
• Familiarity with HTML5, CSS3, Section 508, and WCAG compliance
