UX/UI Designer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a UX/UI Designer to create engaging and user-friendly web and mobile applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate product strategy and user requirements into user experiences, including mockups and prototypes
• Conduct competitive research and optimize user interface designs based on usability testing
• Collaborate with engineers to ensure designs are technically feasible and align with business goals

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Psychology, Visual Design, Communications, Computer Science, or related field
• High school diploma/GED required with vocational training or relevant experience
• Five years or more of experience designing customer-facing products on web and mobile
• Five years or more of experience gathering and evaluating user requirements
• Advanced proficiency in Invision, Sketch, and Adobe Photoshop
