Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end design process for features within a new leave of absence solution
Develop initial design sketches, wireframes, and high-fidelity visual designs
Create interactive prototypes and design complex workflows, dashboards, and forms

Required Qualifications

6-10 years of experience as a Visual Designer or Interactive Designer
A strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design projects
Expert proficiency in Figma
Familiarity with Azure DevOps (ADO) for code repositories
Experience in a fast-paced, agile environment with tight deadlines
