UX/UI Designer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a UI/UX Usability Specialist to provide usability expertise and user experience best practices for a government platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide UX guidance based on industry best practices and accessibility standards
• Conduct usability research and recommend design improvements to enhance customer journeys
• Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to ensure seamless implementation of UX solutions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in UX/UI Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Graphic Design, or a related field
• Minimum of six (6) years of experience in UX/UI design or usability
• Strong understanding of U.S. Web Design System (USWDS) and federal accessibility standards
• Experience creating wireframes and prototypes using tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance
