UX/UI Designer

Job Summary

UX/UI Designer, seeking an experienced professional for a full-time remote position to create digital assets and design user-centered web experiences focused on conversion rate optimization and experimentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design digital and print marketing assets, including social graphics, banners, and email templates
• Create user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes for responsive web experiences in Figma
• Support CRO efforts by designing test concepts and layout variations for iterative UX/UI updates

Qualifications and Requirements:

• 3-5 years of design experience, including website optimization and CRO initiatives
• Portfolio showcasing marketing creative work and UX/UI designs, including iterative improvements
• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop and Illustrator
• Strong foundation in visual design principles and UX fundamentals
• Working knowledge of front-end constraints, including basic HTML/CSS awareness
