UX/UI Designer

Job Summary

To support a growing recruitment marketing technology platform, the mid-level UX/UI Designer will work remotely on a contract basis for 30+ hours per week, focusing on designing user flows, wireframes, and prototypes to enhance the product experience across SaaS tools used by HR and talent acquisition teams.

Key responsibilities

• Design intuitive user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups in Figma
• Translate complex data and workflow problems into clean, usable interfaces
• Collaborate with product managers and developers to define requirements and ensure successful implementation of designs

Required qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of UX/UI design experience in a product or SaaS environment
• Proficiency in Figma is essential
• Solid portfolio demonstrating both UX thinking and strong visual execution
• Ability to work comfortably in ambiguity and at a fast-paced startup environment
• Experience designing data-heavy dashboards or analytics interfaces is a plus
