UX/UI Designer

Job Summary

Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, the full-time UX/UI Designer will deliver user-centered designs for product features, conduct usability testing, and create high-fidelity prototypes while supporting design system adoption in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design user interfaces and experiences for assigned features, ensuring usability and visual consistency
• Conduct usability testing and apply findings to improve design
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other designers to deliver high-quality solutions

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree, certificate, or equivalent work experience
• 3-5 years' experience in a UX or Product Designer role
• Proficiency in Figma and other UX/UI design tools
• Experience designing responsive interfaces and applying accessibility standards
• Portfolio demonstrates strong UX/UI principles and real-world projects
