UX/UI Designer

Job Summary

Seeking a remote, long-term fractional UX/UI Designer on a contract basis, the role focuses on producing polished, pixel-perfect designs for A/B tests, landing pages, and marketing campaigns while managing multiple client projects efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Produce high-fidelity mockups and design assets across various client accounts, ensuring visual consistency and adherence to brand guidelines
• Interpret written briefs and hypotheses to develop production-ready designs in Figma, supporting rapid experimentation cycles
• Collaborate with program managers, strategists, and engineers to align on project goals and maintain quality across deliverables

Required qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in UI/UX design or digital production design
• Strong proficiency in Figma, with a portfolio showcasing production-quality work across web, email, and paid media
• Experience with conversion-focused design, including landing pages and user flows
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects while maintaining high-quality output
• Demonstrated use of AI tools in design workflows to enhance productivity and quality
