UX/UI Designer

Job Summary

To support a growing design initiative, the full-time UX/UI Designer will restructure an existing single-brand design system into a scalable multi-brand architecture, focusing on component refactoring and the prototype of a new e-commerce experience, all while working remotely on a 12-month contract.

Key responsibilities:

• Restructure and refactor the existing design system to support multiple brands while maintaining shared platform foundations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build a new brand library and document component usage guidelines
• Audit and improve existing systems to ensure scalability, maintainability, and effective handoff to development teams

Required qualifications:

• Proven experience in building and managing design systems, with a strong portfolio showcasing structured components and scalable libraries
• Advanced proficiency in Figma, including components, variants, and responsive design principles
• Experience with token architecture and understanding of primitive, semantic, and component-level tokens
• Familiarity with e-commerce design fundamentals and front-end technologies like HTML and CSS
• Strong documentation skills and a collaborative mindset, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams
