Job Summary

A company is looking for a UX/UI Manager to lead the design of customer experiences on their eCommerce platform.

Key Responsibilities

Lead consumer research to develop UX strategies and business requirements
Create high-quality UX/UI designs including user flows, wireframes, and prototypes
Manage the web testing and personalization strategy to optimize the customer experience

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in UX/UI Design, Interactive Design, or a related field
4+ years of hands-on UX/UI design experience
2+ years of experience with A/B and multivariate testing
Experience in a direct-to-consumer eCommerce environment
Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
