UX/UI Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a UX/UI Manager (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and mentor a team of UX/UI Designers, fostering a culture of growth and accountability
• Define and execute the UX roadmap in alignment with business objectives and collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Oversee the design of customer journeys and ensure design quality through reviews and hands-on contributions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in UX Design, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Graphic Design, or equivalent experience
• 7+ years of experience in UX/UI design with a strong portfolio
• 2+ years of direct people management experience
• Proficiency in Figma and understanding of design systems
• Experience with user research and usability testing methodologies
