UX/UI Product Designer

Job Summary

As a key member of the Digital Experience Product team, the full-time UX/UI Product Designer will manage multiple initiatives across digital platforms, creating user-focused design solutions and optimizing the user experience to drive business growth.

Key responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders and development partners to create user-centered design solutions
• Conduct UX research and user testing to inform design decisions and visualize user journeys
• Lead design projects, presenting work to stakeholders and ensuring alignment with business goals

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• 4+ years of experience in UX/UI design
• Strong skills in Figma, including experience with design systems and prototypes
• Customer-focused eCommerce experience
• Ability to collaborate on complex design challenges and provide constructive feedback
