Job Summary

To shape the voice of innovative financial products, the remote UX Writer will create user-centered experiences, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and simplify complex concepts while ensuring clear and consistent messaging.

Key responsibilities

• Own copy across all product surfaces, ensuring messaging is clear, consistent, and user-focused
• Collaborate with product designers to optimize user flows and enhance the overall product experience
• Develop and maintain messaging frameworks, voice and tone guidelines, and copywriting standards

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• Prior job experience in UX/UI writing, product design, product marketing, technical writing, or any copywriting role
• Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered writing
• Strong understanding of UX principles and design
• Familiarity with Figma
