UX Writer

Job Summary

Collaborating closely with Product Designers, Product Managers, and Engineers, the full-time remote UX Writer will craft intuitive content for healthcare products, simplifying complex information and enhancing user experiences throughout the design process.

Key responsibilities

• Write product content for onboarding, navigation, workflows, and key user experiences
• Define content strategy and messaging for new features while participating in design critiques and user research
• Continuously improve the product experience through collaboration and iteration

Required qualifications

• 4-6 years of experience writing for digital products or complex user experiences
• Exceptional writing and editing skills with a deep understanding of UX writing principles
• Previous experience working effectively on an agile distributed team
• A portfolio showcasing product writing or UX content work
• Interest in AI tools that support human-centered writing
