UX Writer
Job Summary
Collaborating with cross-functional teams, the full-time UX Writer will create user-centered product content, refine onboarding materials, and enhance user guidance while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Write clear, concise UX copy for product experiences, including UI text and error messages
- Collaborate with UX Designers and Product Managers to provide content feedback throughout the design process
- Manage project-level feedback loops and utilize Jira to track and prioritize work within a structured sprint process
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience
- 2-7 years of industry experience in UX writing or related fields
- Proven experience in writing user-centered product content, including onboarding and guidance
- Strong writing portfolio demonstrating various methods and tangible outcomes
- Experience with project tracking tools such as Jira and Agile methodologies
