UX Writer

Job Summary

Collaborating closely with designers and product managers, the full-time remote UX Writer will create clear, user-centered product content, including UI text and onboarding materials, while contributing to content decisions throughout the product development process.

Key responsibilities

• Write clear and concise UX copy for various product experiences, including interface text and error messages
• Collaborate with UX Designers and Product Managers to provide content feedback from early concepts through delivery
• Manage project-level feedback loops with stakeholders and utilize Jira for tracking and prioritizing work

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience
• 2-7 years of industry experience in UX writing, technical writing, or related fields
• Proven experience in writing and improving user-centered product content
• Demonstrated ability to transform data-driven insights into actionable content recommendations
• Experience working with project tracking tools such as Jira in an Agile methodology setup
