Job Summary
To support a global leader in technology, the temporary UX Writer for Customer Journeys will craft engaging email campaigns and in-app messaging to drive user growth, onboarding, and feature retention in a hybrid work environment based in Culver City, CA.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the Lifecycle Medium by translating complex product features into engaging onboarding and re-engagement email campaigns
- Craft clear, impactful copy across the user lifecycle, including emails, push notifications, and in-app marketing
- Drive behavioral change through copy strategies that encourage users to explore new features and develop long-term habits
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience writing strategic lifecycle email campaigns focused on user onboarding and feature activation
- Background in writing for apps or platforms that drive behavioral change or skill-learning
- Demonstrated understanding of growth metrics such as click-through rates and feature adoption milestones
- Experience with in-app UX writing, including modals and push notifications
- Strong ability to articulate and defend copy choices to stakeholders
