UX Writer for Financial Services

Job Summary

A company is looking for a UX Writer (Financial services/Retirement).

Key Responsibilities:

• Attend and contribute to weekly sessions with CX, Product, Tech, and Design teams
• Write user-centric copy for digital transactions and workflows
• Ensure all content complies with regulatory guidelines and adapt writing tone to align with brand and style guides

Required Qualifications:

• 5-7 years of UX writing experience, with a minimum of 3-5 years in relevant fields
• Demonstrated success in enterprise-level UX writing within financial services or regulated sectors
• Familiarity with compliance-sensitive language and financial terminology
• Strong understanding of user journey mapping and content iteration
• Experience working within Agile or cross-functional product teams
