Job Summary

Passionate about motorcycles, the full-time V-Twin Motorcycle Support Representative will provide exceptional customer service through phone and email interactions, assisting riders with parts, gear fitment, and order placement in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Handle customer interactions via phone, email, and live chat to ensure a polished and professional experience
• Assist customers with questions regarding motorcycle parts, accessories, and safety gear, ensuring proper fitment and use
• Continuously learn about motorcycle products and riding to enhance customer support and sales efforts

Required qualifications

• Commitment to company core values and a passion for motorcycles
• Familiarity with motorcycle parts and accessories; knowledge of other powersports equipment is a bonus
• Experience in retail, service, or hospitality industries is preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree is a plus
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
