Job Summary

Experienced mortgage processing professionals will find a full-time remote opportunity as a VA Cash-Out Refi Processor, responsible for managing loan files post-conditional approval, communicating with borrowers and third parties, and ensuring compliance with investor guidelines.

Key responsibilities

• Assume full ownership of loan files and manage pipeline effectively
• Utilize the Encompass loan origination system daily to process loans and clear conditions
• Communicate with Sales, Processing, and Underwriting teams to maintain expectations and compliance

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; 4-year degree preferred
• 4+ years of recent mortgage processing experience required
• Extensive experience processing VA cash-out refinances is required
• Proficiency with the Encompass loan origination system
• Ability to calculate income, including for self-employed borrowers
