VA QA Analyst

Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time Default Claims VA QA Analyst will review and reconcile default claims for accuracy, ensuring compliance with agency requirements and company policies.

Key responsibilities

• Review FHA, VA, PMI, USDA, FNMA, and FHLMC claims for accuracy within required timeframes
• Validate and reconcile expenses according to agency requirements and document processes appropriately
• Identify and escalate errors or trends from QA claim reviews, ensuring corrections are made before submission

Required qualifications

• High School diploma required; some college preferred
• One or more years of mortgage servicing default experience or QA/QC experience in another line of business
• Ability to work Monday to Thursday from 7 AM to 5 PM and Friday from 7:30 AM to 11:30 AM, with overtime as needed
