Job Summary

A company is looking for a Grand Vacation Specialist.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist guests with vacation packages, bookings, upgrades, reschedules, and cancellations in a fast-paced call center environment
  • Serve as a personal vacation concierge to ensure seamless and personalized guest itineraries
  • Educate guests on local activities and manage bookings for guest activities and ancillary packages
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 6+ months of experience in customer service, hospitality, call centers, or travel/tourism
  • Basic math proficiency and comfort with Microsoft Office and office equipment
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Customer-obsessed attitude with a problem-solving mindset
