Validation Engineer

Job Summary

Validation Engineer, responsible for ensuring compliance with quality and regulatory standards through the design and execution of validation plans, conducting testing and assessments, and collaborating with clients, with the position being full-time and remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and execute validation plans and testing documentation
• Conduct independent verification of testing against specifications and perform risk assessments
• Collaborate with clients on deviation investigations and support change management programs

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field with at least 5 years of validation engineering experience, or a Master's degree with 2 years of experience
• Experience with lab techniques, analytical operations, and baseline lab standards
• Familiarity with complex automated lab systems such as HPLC, GC, and LIMS workflows
• Understanding of system design, configuration activities, and system integrations
• Ability to provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members
