Validation Engineer

Job Summary

To support the qualification and testing of complex automation systems, the full-time remote Validation Engineer I will execute test protocols, manage validation documentation, and collaborate with senior engineers and project teams in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Execute Static IQ, Dynamic IQ, and Operational Qualification (OQ) test steps under the guidance of senior validation staff
• Collect, organize, and maintain validation evidence and documentation to ensure audit readiness
• Participate in deviation investigations and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within validation processes

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
• 0-2 years of professional experience, with internship or co-op experience in a regulated or automated systems environment preferred
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in documentation and testing
• Willingness to learn and grow within a structured validation framework
• Solid written and verbal communication skills
