Validation Manager

Job Summary

Leading a team of researchers and analysts, the full-time remote Validation Manager will ensure the independence and effectiveness of the validation function, driving product decisions through qualitative and quantitative insights while maintaining a fast-paced workflow.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead and develop the validation function, ensuring high-quality output from the team
• Maintain the independence of validation reports, ensuring they provide honest signals to strategic PMs
• Manage the speed and resources of validation processes to prevent bottlenecks as product teams grow

Required qualifications:

• Proven experience in product research, UX research, data analytics, or a related insights discipline
• Ability to lead a multi-disciplinary team in both qualitative and quantitative research
• Strong understanding of maintaining an independent and credible validation function
• Experience in fast-paced, autonomous environments that require agile validation processes
• Strong written communication skills to effectively convey findings to PMs, designers, and engineers
