Validation Representative - MVA

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Validation Representative - MVA (REMOTE).

Key Responsibilities

• Contacting Employers, Insurers, and other entities to verify and obtain information related to Motor Vehicle Accident claims
• Managing inbound and outbound calls efficiently and assisting in obtaining supporting claim documentation
• Performing accurate and timely data entry while adhering to HIPAA guidelines

Requirements and Qualifications

• High School Diploma preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 1 year of medical bill processing experience desired
• Experience with electronic document management in a healthcare setting desired
• Strong computer proficiency, including MS Office applications
• Regular and predictable attendance is required
