Validation Representative, MVA

Job Summary

Working remotely on a full-time basis, the Validation Representative, MVA will perform insurance verification, prepare medical records, and manage communications with outside parties to facilitate the timely filing of Motor Vehicle Accident claims.

Key Responsibilities

• Contacting employers, insurers, and other entities to verify and obtain information related to Motor Vehicle Accident claims
• Managing inbound and outbound calls while assisting in the compilation of billing packets and filing insurance claims
• Utilizing various systems for accurate data entry and handling confidential documentation in compliance with HIPAA guidelines

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 1 year of medical bill processing experience desired
• Experience with electronic document management in a healthcare setting is preferred
• Strong computer proficiency, including MS Office applications
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks effectively
