Validation Representative, MVA

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Validation Representative, MVA will perform insurance verification, prepare medical records, and manage communication with external parties to facilitate the timely filing of Motor Vehicle Accident claims.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact Employers, Insurers, and other entities to verify and obtain information related to Motor Vehicle Accident claims
• Manage inbound and outbound calls efficiently while assisting in the compilation of billing packets and filing insurance claims
• Utilize multiple systems for accurate data entry and handle confidential documentation in compliance with HIPAA guidelines

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma preferred; equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered
• 1 year of medical bill processing experience desired
• Experience with electronic document management in a healthcare setting is preferred
• Strong computer proficiency, including MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Ability to handle large volumes of work while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
