Validation Specialist (German & English)

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Validation Specialist (German & English speaking).

Key Responsibilities

• Process orders for TLS and other security products in compliance with industry and company standards
• Conduct research to verify customer organizations and authenticate their contact details
• Provide customer service assistance via phone, email, and live chat

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or college degree in a business or technical field, or equivalent experience preferred
• At least 2+ years of customer support or data entry experience
• Experience with in-house validation and order management tools
• Knowledge of Windows and Office products
• Familiarity with compliance regulatory requirements is helpful
