Validation Specialist (German & English)

Job Summary

Fluent in both German and English, the full-time Validation Specialist will manage the day-to-day handling of validation certificate orders, conduct online research to verify customer organizations, and provide exceptional customer service remotely from Germany.

Key responsibilities

• Process orders for TLS and other security products in compliance with industry and company standards
• Conduct research to authenticate customer organizations and their contact details
• Assist customers via phone, email, and live chat, resolving support issues independently and escalating as necessary

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's or college degree in a business or technical field, or equivalent experience preferred
• Minimum of 2+ years of customer support or data entry experience
• Familiarity with in-house validation and order management tools
• Experience in a compliance-driven environment is advantageous
• Proficiency in Windows and Office products is required
