Validation Specialist (German & English)

Job Summary

Fluent in both German and English, the full-time Validation Specialist will manage the day-to-day handling of validation certificate orders, conduct online research to verify customer organizations, and provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and live chat in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Process orders for TLS and other security products in compliance with industry standards
• Conduct research to verify customer organizations and authenticate their contact details
• Independently resolve customer support issues and escalate cases as necessary

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's or college degree in a business or technical field, or equivalent experience preferred
• At least 2+ years of customer support or data entry experience
• Familiarity with in-house validation and order management tools
• Knowledge of Windows and Office products
• Experience in a compliance-driven environment is beneficial
