Validation Tester

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Tester- ServiceMax (part-time).

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure ServiceMax configurations meet business and compliance requirements
• Develop and execute test cases for system validation and integration points
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure adequate test coverage and document compliance

Required Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical, life sciences, or healthcare industry focusing on Computerized System Validation (CSV)
• Experience in testing cloud-based or SaaS applications, with Salesforce experience preferred
• Strong understanding of GxP compliance, 21 CFR Part 11, GAMP 5, and SDLC methodologies
• Proficient in using test management and defect tracking tools such as HP ALM/Quality Center or Jira
• University certificate or degree with 5 years of related experience, or a Bachelor's degree with 2-3 years of relevant experience
