Valuation Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Valuation Analyst to provide financial valuations and insights for consulting engagements.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform financial valuations using methodologies such as DCF and comparable company analysis
• Analyze financial statements and market data to assess asset value and identify growth opportunities
• Collaborate with consulting teams to support due diligence and portfolio optimization for private equity clients

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or CFA preferred
• 2-5 years of experience in valuation or financial analysis, preferably in manufacturing or consulting
• Proficiency in financial modeling and valuation software
• Strong understanding of M&A processes and franchise valuation principles
• Knowledge of operational excellence frameworks (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) is an advantage
