Valuation Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate in Fair Value & Financial Reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform valuations for financial reporting, including intangible asset valuations and purchase price allocations
• Assist in vetting third-party valuation reports for audit clients to ensure defensible assumptions
• Draft comprehensive valuation reports and memorandums detailing methodologies and conclusions

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics
• 1-3+ years of valuation experience within a Top 20 public accounting firm desired
• Progress toward or completion of ASA, ABV, or CFA
• Strong skillset in fair value measurement and technical valuation concepts
• High degree of integrity and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
